Paradise Pointe sits on Sand Mountain in Bryant, Alabama, looking out over Nickajack Lake near the corner where Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia meet. Chattanooga is about 35 minutes away by car, with Ruby Falls, Cloudland Canyon State Park and Lookout Mountain all within easy reach.

A. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation (collectively referred to as “Guests”). If you have any undeclared Guests, there will be an additional charge of $50 per undeclared Guest per day booked. You agree that Guests are any people present at the Property at any time during your stay.
B. All Guests shall abide by Unique Stays’ good-neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
C. Check-in time is after 4 p.m. local time, and check-out time is before 10 a.m. local time, unless an exception has been requested and granted.
D. Pets are not permitted unless specifically pre-approved. Fees apply.
E. The booking Guest must be 21+ years of age and present at the property. Special exceptions may be considered upon request.
